Dagmar is the glue of the quartet.  As Baritone, it is her job to connect the melody of the Bass and the Lead in a harmonious way.  But she has no interest in harmony when it concerns lyrics. If she does not like the English lyrics of a song, she has no mercy and writes a new text – in German. So, nobody would dare to accuse her that she boycotts every discussion by saying nothing.
